Regular Delivery Options

(Not applicable for Valentine’s Day, Mothers day & Christmas)

SURCHARGES (IN ADDITION TO STANDARD DELIVERY FEE)

Funeral Deliveries – $6.50 surcharge
Sunday Deliveries – We do not open Sundays but can offer a Sunday delivery as per the below information.
Urgent Deliveries within Next 3 hours – $15 surcharge

Please follow the guidelines and requirements below and if there are any circumstances where delivery preferences cannot be met, we will contact you as soon as possible.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIMES

If orders have been received prior to 10 am on the day of delivery we will guarantee items going to a business to be delivered by 5:30 pm and those going to a residential address by 7 pm. (Deliveries will be guaranteed to be completed by 5 pm on Saturdays).

If you know that a business closes before 5:30 pm or if the recipient is only working particular hours, please ensure you make mention in the “Special Delivery Instructions” box. We will do our best to ensure your request is fulfilled.

We will contact you if the stock is unavailable on the given day if same-day delivery is requested.

It is often possible to deliver the same day for orders received after 10 am.  If we can’t make the delivery we will contact you as soon as possible. If you need to know before placing the order, we suggest making a quick phone call and talking to one of our friendly team members on 1300 866 968. 

To avoid disappointment, we suggest placing your order with time restrictions at least 48 hours prior to the requested delivery day.  We do understand that this is not always possible and will do our very best to meet your requirements

SUNDAY DELIVERIES (CONFIRM WITH STORE) $20 SURCHARGE APPLIES

We offer our customers the opportunity to nominate Sunday Deliveries; however, we cannot guarantee this service. Please call 1300 866 968 to request any Sunday deliveries & we will confirm or decline your order based on our Courier availability.

FUNERAL DELIVERY – $6.50 SURCHARGE APPLIES (NOTE FUNERAL TIME IN COMMENTS SECTION AT CHECKOUT)

To avoid disappointment, we suggest placing your order with time restrictions at least 24 hours prior to the requested delivery day. We do understand that this is not always possible and will do our very best to meet your requirements.
Items being delivered to a Funeral will attract a $6.50 surcharge as a specific time drop. This is calculated in the Shipping area in your Shopping Cart – simply select the relevant Shipping Method as “Courier – Funeral Deliveries”.

When completing your order, please write the time of the Funeral & the name of the person who has passed away in the “Card Message/Specific Delivery Instructions” box.

Please ensure you are contactable either on the contact phone number you have provided or your email address on the delivery day.

URGENT DELIVERY WITHIN NEXT 3 HOURS – $15 SURCHARGE APPLIES

We understand sometimes you need flowers fast hence offering you an Urgent Delivery option. Urgent deliveries will attract a $15 surcharge which allows us to put the utmost priority on your order. Simply select the relevant Shipping Method as “Urgent Delivery within next 3 hours”.

Please note that the 3 hour express time starts from when the store opens at 9am.

We do not take responsibility for orders that are placed without confirming availability of couriers as an urgent delivery is not always possible.

RECIPIENT “NOT AT HOME”

If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a “not at home” card at the recipient’s location. The “not at home” card explains the situation and asks the recipient to contact the courier or The Blu Tulip. We will do our best to deliver the gift at a later date if the recipient replies to the “not at home” card.

Additional delivery fees may apply if we need to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may need to collect the order from The Blu Tulip.

NON-DELIVERY

The Blu Tulip will try their best to deliver any gift but we do not guarantee the delivery of any gift if one of the following occurs:

• Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift
• Address provided is incorrect
• Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to the “not at home” card left by our courier.

If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Delivery service is not available on Public Holidays. If orders are received for public holidays, they will be made & delivered on the following trading day.
